When I work with performers, I want to help them mold their characters or their performances. I have ideas and concepts I share with the performers, but I want them to share their ideas and be a part of the developmental process. This way we can find common ground and create something that makes us all proud.

When I design for the stage, I like to think about practicality for building and for the performers. My aesthetic leans to a minimalist style that provides a flexible canvas for staging the production.
